We are all dog tired from the flooding here in Iowa. Des Moines seems to be handling things pretty well. The levys are holding and our waterworks facility is still ok. Cedar Rapids (2 hours northeast of DSM) is a mess. Here's a couple of pictures of the area where my nephews play baseball. My sister just told me that the water is up to the "Beaverdale" part now.
