I think I finally found my motivation again. Last summer, I usually walked 6 miles a day at least 4 x week. This year = nothing. Which has proved to be a very bad thing (that and a few food binges). So Sunday, Arlo and I got in a nice walk before it started raining. I also managed to clean the house, do laundry, watch a couple movies and take Minnie on a 2 mile walk all in the same day. My plan is to continue walking after work this week. I plan on walking 4 miles a day. Maybe 6 on Friday.
