I don't have anything funny or insightful or interesting to talk about today so you get a conversation Old Fling and I had this morning...

K: That is pretty funny and so true….
I texted you last night – not cool ignoring me.

OF: take it easy there sparky.... i left my phone at work and was NOT going out in the cold to go get it....

K: That's prob the best excuse I have heard for dodging a girl…
Well not the best but considering the weather - pretty good.

OF: lol.... whatever ---- i could not get my house above 65 and i had a WHITE MANS fire going last night (it was freakin COLD OUT)

K: I keep my house at 66. And I sleep with my dogs, a down comforter and two blankets on top.
So what you are saying is the fire was so big you almost burned your house down?

OF: LOL -- it would have actually made it warmer had that happen....it's just very drafty in my old house --- and it doesn't help that its under construction.... oh well

K: But it would be awful cold in the morning…
